American pornographic actor, director and producer. He is the only one to have won the AVN Male Performer of the Year Award three times and was a nominee for NAACP Image Award in 2004. Born in New Jersey in 1969. In 1993 he graduated from Syracuse University's College of Arts and Sciences with a double degree in History and African-American studies. During his studies he developed a high awareness of American politics and African-American rights and in particular his attention was focused on Dr. Martin Luther King and his dream fulfillment. In 2008 he expressed his support for Barack Obama's presidential campaign, stating that Obama will open the doors for many other successful African-Americans such as himself. After graduation he worked in NYC as a stock broker in the World Trade Center starting as a trainee and reaching the highest levels. He also took a license as a financial adviser and worked on Wall Street. In the meantime he worked as a model and acted in minor TV roles. In 1997 he started to act in adult movies, then in 1998 he moved to LA. Since then he starred as a protagonist in more than 500 movies. In 2003 he founded his own production company: Mercenary Motion Pictures and he now directs and performs exclusively for it. In 2005 his company reported annual net profits of $2.6 million and it is also traded on the NYSE.
